Unique to Gyproc, the SpecSure lifetime warranty is provided with every Gyproc proprietary system designed and installed in accordance with the company's recommendations.
The SpecSure lifetime warranty is a guarantee that the Gyproc system chosen will be replaced by the company or reimburses reasonable repair costs in the unlikely event of system failure attributed to unsatisfactory product / system performance.

  • Comprises only the highest quality components, designed to work individually and together to deliver the specified level of performance.
  • Has the technical expertise and experience of Ireland's leading drywall specialists behind it.
  • Has been tested for fire, acoustic and structural performance in the UKAS accredited laboratories.
  • Has been site tested to demonstrate installation integrity and simplicity.
  • Will be supported, as required, at every stage of the project by leading on- and off-site technical support personnel.
  • Will perform to published parameters throughout the life of the system.

Gyproc proprietary systems are precision engineered and comprise high quality branded components. Gyproc plaster and plasterboards and Gypframe metal products are developed specifically to work together to provide the widest range of market leading wall, ceiling, floor and encasement solutions. These individual components are manufactured to, and often surpass, all relevant European standards.

To qualify for the unique SpecSure lifetime system warranty it is sufficient to specify and install complete Gyproc proprietary systems in line with the recommendations contained in the Company's product literature.

The systems must comprise only branded Gyproc components, as it is unable to guarantee that other manufacturers' components will meet Gyproc's rigorous system performance and quality.
