Saint-Gobain notes the High Court’s acceptance of the withdrawal and strike-out of the Judicial Review relating to the Knocknacran development. This outcome concludes the planning and legal process and confirms An Coimisiún Pleanála’s decision to uphold Monaghan County Council’s grant of planning permission. It allows the development, which includes an open cast gypsum quarry and new state-of-the-art sports facilities for Magheracloone Mitchells GFC, to progress.
